Who it suits

Is this a fit for your practice?

  • CPAs, enrolled agents and bookkeepers with self-employed clients
  • Attorneys advising on entity structure
  • Real-estate brokerages and team leaders supporting 1099 agents
  • Coaches, consultants and educators serving independent professionals

We make no representation about how many referrals a partner will receive, or what any partner will earn. Compensation depends entirely on the terms of the written program agreement and on completed engagements. Nothing here is a passive-income or earnings claim.

Process

How the program works

  1. 1

    Apply to the program

You complete the partner application in our partner system. We review fit and confirm whether we can work together.

  2. 2

    Agree the terms

Referral terms, compensation and conduct requirements are set out in the written program agreement. Nothing is payable outside those terms.

  3. 3

    Refer with disclosure

You tell the client, clearly and in advance, that you may be compensated for the referral. We expect honest, non-promissory descriptions of our services.

  4. 4

    We take it from there

We handle eligibility discussion, scope, documents and support directly with the client.

What we expect

Conduct and disclosure

Partners represent us in front of their own clients, so the standard is strict.

  • Disclose the referral relationship and any compensation before the client engages us.
  • Do not promise tax savings, investment returns, asset protection or eligibility on our behalf.
  • Do not describe Survival 401K as a bank, custodian, adviser, law firm, CPA firm, lender or fiduciary.
  • Do not use our name, logo or materials in ways not permitted by the program agreement.
  • Follow the rules of your own licence, professional body or employer.
