The annual support fee keeps your plan document current and gives you access to administrative guidance during the plan year.
- Ongoing administrative support for contribution questions, recordkeeping and plan operation.
- Plan-document upkeep as provisions or rules change, including restatements when required.
- Coordination help with banks, custodians and rollover paperwork during the plan year.
- Educational guidance on plan rules. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
This fee is for administrative support and document maintenance only. It is not an IRS compliance guarantee and does not include tax-return preparation, Form 5500-EZ filing, investment advice or legal advice.

If your plan lapsed out of ongoing support, it may need a reinstatement review before the annual fee resumes. The reinstatement fee is $250 when applicable.
